Yeh I read that soy requires a different enyeme, I have just recently begun having soy. I did have soy sauce before, but that was maybe once a week, and the amount of soy sauce I had wa snot equal to the amount of Soy Milk I have been drinking. I guess then I should keep taking in as much soy as I would like, and if in two weeks I still feel bloated, move to rice. I really like the flavor of soy, and I think it would be easier to get a better tasting Soy Milk and find soy cheese and ice cream than it would to find rice cheese and ice cream, so I want this to work for me. Is beano an antacid, I want to not have antacid, and does it have the enzyme which helps digest soy additonally. Thanks.
