I know that having IBS sucks soo sooo soooo bad!

but honestly there are a million worse things that you could have. Although having IBS sucks, I thank my lucky stars that I don't have a disease that is far more debilitating, dangerous or lethal.

In the grand scheme of things, when I look at it that way diarrhea and constipation are a better alternative. Of course having no problems would be the ideal position, but you take what you get.

Put on a smile and don't let it get you down! I've noticed, and I know alot of other people have.. that when you're happy and out and having a great time with life, your ibs lessens.

Even moreso than diet, when I have a good attitude, am happy, doing something I love with people I love, I am much much much less likely to have an attack than if i'm sitting at home feeling sorry for myself.

go have a good time. the key advice is not to LET IBS get the best of you.
