Wind--questions about Buspar       04/23/05 08:58 AM Edit Reply Quote lalala Reged: 02/14/05 Posts: 2634 Hi! I was wondering how long you've been on it and at what dosage? I've been taking it for two months at 15 mg a day (split in half--one in the morning, one in afternoon). I've heard this a really low dose, although I did notice improvement after a month of being on them. My md would like to up the dose next week, and I think that would be a good idea. I'm definitely better thanks to the Buspar, but also because of CBT sessions with a counself. However, I still have anxiety attacks once a week (although not as many as before) and sometimes have problems sleeping. While I can control the anxiety before it turns into a panic attack, sometimes it just seems to come out of nowhere. May I ask what your opinions are on anxiety? Did you start at a low dose and have it increased over a short period of time? What were your symptoms of anxiety and how did they improve with Buspar? Thank you!
