Do you have any kind of chatting device such as AIM or yahoo IM? Anyway I had two sleepless night which I've never had before, and I was seriously considering getting on meds right away! I'm a little underweight and still loosing... so far I've lost about 10 lbs from my normal weight, but I'm still loosing and it sucks. Anyway I took Xanax the day I didn't sleep and it felt so amazing... that's what made me want to get on the meds... I go through really good days and really bad days... i'm not always anxious, but it's getting more and more frequent which is really scary. I think I just really need to figure out what I can eat and start doing it slowly. I'm starting to see a nutrtionist on Monday and she does tons of tests, so I'm excited.
