So you really think the naseua is caused by not eating enough? A friend of mine who had an eating disorder recently told me that she would wake in the middle of the night feeling really sick and then in the mornings she was so naseuos she could hardly eat. That's how I feel a lot, and I get scared it's that something is really wrong with my body, but now I'm starting to think it's probably that I'm not eating enough. I eat pretty small/moderate sized meals, but I only eat 3 of them. I also only snack a little bit on pretzels inbetween. I'm not hungry very often and I think that's because my tummy has shrunk. Also, I have a hard time telling if I'm hungry anymore because it feels differnt than it used to... espically like now when i get the gurgles and have to poop a lot. Can being hungry give you a flare up or D or just loose stool? I find there may be a correlation there with me. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
