1/2 a banana (very good for D) or a piece of toast with safe marg on it. When that has settled try the other half of nana or another piece of toast. You can get nauseus from being hungry. It's because your blood glucose levels have dropped too far and the best way to fix it is to eat little bits, slowly but steadily till you're not hungry anymore. I get this all the time, especially at breakfast time.
