LOL!! It's ok, we're allowed to get off topic now and then!

Thanks! My hair's been every length from down to my waist to less than an inch all over my head. My best advice is to consider how you feel you look with your hair pulled back. If you never wear your hair back, pull it back into a *loose* ponytail and really think about it... because that's about how "exposed" your face is going to be with short hair. Before I chopped my hair off the first time, I had basically been wearing it back all the time anyway, so it really wasn't much of a difference for me. No scissor shock!

I'm kind of growing it out again right now out of necessity - the one "downside" to it is that you do have to get haircuts more often, and I just don't have the money to do it. (My hair grows fast!) I love short hair, though. Not only is it super-comfortable for summer, but it's wash-and-wear - no fuss - and it's almost impossible to have a bad hair day.

Back on topic... sorry I couldn't be more helpful with the sugar subs. I've never tried baking with stevia, so I don't know about the taste... I know that it took me a LOT of getting-used-to, even just in drinks.

If I come across any recipes that might work, I'll definitely post here! Was there something in particular that you were looking for?

* Thanks re: erythritol. Such a bummer that they can't make a sugar sub other than stevia for baking that is IBS safe
