I have in fact looked at that, and in the last day if you look again at what I have eaten I think I have followed this but I still feel after eating bloated. I had half a corn muffin as a snack. I just had dinner, I had white rice with olive oil, not much, carrots, 4 slices of Turkey breast with spicy mustard, and 12 oz mustard, and I felt bloated after, why? Can you take a look at what I have eaten today, I think I followed what to eat when you can't anything and I still feel bloated, in a few days if I keep eating like I have today should I be alright.
