Plus, I didn't have a lot of money so I couldn't afford the more expensive health foods. You may be able to talk to the cook or chef about the ingredients in their meals. They would have to provide this info for people with allergies; I think they should provide it for those with intolerances as well. Okay, desserts! Some cakes are okay if they don't have dairy; I notice cheaper cake mixes don't have dairy and I'd assume college cafeteria food would be cheap. You might (big maybe!) be okay with cake if you scrape off the icing. I was able to eat Rice Krispie treats, Jello... I can't think of anything else.
