Most protein powders (rice protein or soy protein) are quite low in fat and high in nutrients. Just be wary of the types of sweeteners. Some of them contain guar gum, which kind of loosens things up. Blended with fresh or frozen fruit they are wonderful and great if you require a protein perk/boost. I use a rice protein powder. Green drinks often contain whey and other ingredients which might aggitate an individual with IBS--D. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
