Well all IF veggies need to be eaten carefully and safely. Start with all the SF veggies (ie. well-cooked carrots, squash, etc) and then move onto the easier other veggies (like peas, well-cooked zucchini, etc) before even trying the real IF veggies. And then they should be well cooked and ideally finely chopped or pureed as well.

I find that risottos are my safest way of getting IF veggies in...and even now I avoid broccoli!
