Amount of calcium in foods

Hi everyone, Ever since my doctor told me not to take milk and its products as it worsens my IBS, I found that I am lacking in a lot of calcium as I take only Ossonate tab. 800 mg. so I have found out some Food items that contain calcium to make up the loss.
