Fiber amount??       04/06/05 10:45 AM Edit Reply Quote ladywalker0907 Reged: 01/30/04 Posts: 24 I have been taking Benefiber for about a year now to help with my IBS symptoms and it has worked wonders. However I am only take one tablespoon a day and am wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to know how much to take max in one day. I tried 2 tablespoons once and I got terrible gas.
