I did an internet search yesterday and came up with a yummy high iron high fibre recipe for dinner. I cooked up buckwheat, lentils and brown rice and added chicken, sweet potato, spinach, leek, broccoli and toasted seeds. It was SOOO delicious!!
I also bought some roasted chickpeas for snacking on, which I'll be sure to have with a piece of fruit to get the vit c.
Felt EXHAUSTED yesterday arvo, but am feeling better today which is good. I have considered injections, as my mum used to have to have them at my age. I'll see what the blood tests say first (isn't it ironic I had a blood test because I was feeling fatigued, and the blood test only served to make more tired!).
