Fibercon or Fiber Wafers       04/04/05 10:15 PM Edit Reply Quote AlyssaKaye Reged: 03/21/05 Posts: 193 Loc: USA My doctor told me to talk a minimum of 12 grams of SFS a day. I have been taking Benefiber, but I bought some Fibercon for convinience and for traveling. I will be traveling this weekend, and I just looked at the doseage so I knew what to pack. According to Heather's list, it takes 2 Fibercons to make 1 gram of SF! That means I would have to be taking 24 pills a day! (Just of Fiber!). The bottle doesn't give any information on how much is in a tablet, but it does say not to exceed 4 doses in a day. How do you balance that? Also, for traveling, has anyone tried the Metamucil wafers? They come in Apple or Cinnamon, and I was thinking of trying them also. Any experiences? -------------------- ~~~Pain is inevitable.
