Well here I am goin about my mostly IBS diet and fiber 2xs daily and all the other herb stuff. But recently outta nowhere in the middle of the night I'll be woken wide up with horrible pain!!! It's like at my stomach area, not low or high. Ohhhh bad pain.
And then somewhat soon after I'll feel that urge to go. But I'll be sitting there on the toilett (LOL the things you can admit here and nowhere else!! )and it takes a long time for anything to happen! It starts out uhm soft and then ends with diarhea meanwhile all very painfull and a major urgency, the house could be on fire and I'd still have to be "going" kinda feeling!
Pepto Bismall finnaly saves me from the D and lingering pain.
This has occured 2 night in a row now, and I'm fearing it will again.
It's like pain, D and C all in one!! I never have all 3! Even painfull BM has been rare.
I'm taking my Acacia fiber daily, my peppermint caps/tea, Fennell...all of it. I am stumped!!! I don't wanna face this another night! I can't think what I've eaten wrong or whatever, that'd be doing this to me and at night of all times.....night has always been my peacefull IBS time. I can pig out on junk all day and have D all day and yet at night feel normal.
