quick food choice       04/02/05 03:29 PM Edit Reply Quote Alicia T Reged: 03/15/05 Posts: 13 Loc: York, Pa I am wondering if anybody has any suggestions on quick food choices. I do like to cook, but sometimes I just am not feeling up to it, and then I don't know what to eat. I am still new to the IBS diet. I know there is a link for quick foods, but that seems to be mostly snacks, and I'm wondering what do you eat for lunch/dinner?
