Hi - check here for some recipes web page

I also like grilled veggie sandwiches. Sliced white bread, spread a few slices of avocado around one piece, very thin tomato slices, Baco Bits, slice of soy cheese. Fry in nonstick skillet (spray both side of sandwich lightly with Pam first) till golden and crispy.
