So if you take the antibiotic in the evening take the probiotic in the morning, etc. It can't hurt and might help to keep your gut going until the course is finished. And definitely up your probiotic intake for a while after the course finished when the probiotics (and any prebiotics you take) can really do their work. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
