Was the pasta white or wholemeal? If it was wholemeal it could be you had too much IF and did you have any sort of sauce or dressing on it at all? Otherwise if you are wheat intolerant (which doesn't neccesarily mean gluten intolerant or have you already been told you are gluten intolerant?) try rice pasta.
