Unable to eat pasta?       03/24/05 08:22 PM Edit Reply Quote AerobicsAngel Reged: 03/24/05 Posts: 59 Loc: London Ontario Canada I ate pasta for dinner and 10 minutes later I had pain and D. I've been doing well the past few months with less D then when I first got sick. Just the past 2 weeks it has happened twice and the first time I think it was the cafe moca and blt I had at Tim Hortons, but it happened the very next morning. I know I have trouble with milk or lactose but does pasta contain gluten? If I want to try a gluten free diet what should I avoid?
