Despite having a bit of a falling out with my naturopath I'm still embarking on a healthy wheat free diet. I've tried making GF muffins and stuff (yep, sugar free too) and YUCK! They're just so not the same! Even just the normal bread (GF) I'm struggling with liking. It tastes kinda sweet and while I have a sweet tooth I don't like it in my bread (which no offence to all you GF eaters) always tastes crumbly and stale to boot! I bought some allergy free recipie books the other day but to be perfectly honest I'm not finding food at all inspiring atm and despite all my efforts I think I'm in MORE pain now than I was before! Now I just get this dull pain all through my upper and lower belly that gets worse if I sit down for more than a couple of minutes! Hmm, what's a seeminly helpless IBS'er to do. I hope this diet works for you though. Good luck and keep me updated!
