I am an 18-year-old college student who has been plagued with chronic pain, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, IBS (maybe celiac disease), and severe weight loss. I am scary to look at because I am so thin. I am trying desperately to gain weight, but the foods I can tolerate are so low in calories that weight just isn't coming and staying. I feel so alone and scared of all the health risks of being so underweight. Is there anyone who can give me advice or a word of inspiration? I'm so tired of being told I have an eating disorder by doctors when I don't and my problem is bloating and constipation (which increases after eating anything). Please help!
