every 6 months or so my schedule changes, but when I changed dept's it changed to early AM's for 6 weeks... I miss that shift actually was on it for a year before I got stable... anyway... when I change by more then 2-3 hours I try to adjust my body as gradually as I can.... and I force myself to eat 6 meals- easisest way to do that for me is 1 before, 3 at and 2 after work. also make sure you are getting enough sleep even if you have to sleep all day on a day off or something lack of sleep screws me up more then food now that I know the basics of taking care of my tummy.
