Luna bar sent me a free box because I complained about the new flavor of Toasted Nuts and Cranberries. Along with it came a flyer with all the flavors and nutrition facts. If anyone has a question about the flavor or facts just ask. Iced Oatmeal raisin and Peanut Butter cookie are the new flavors. The latter has 6 grams of fat! But it does sound yummy. Dulce de Leche has only 3 grams of fat like Toasted Nuts. I will have to try it, but generally don't care for caramel flavored stuff.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
