Is inulin safe?       03/16/05 07:20 PM Edit Reply Quote Sweetd Reged: 07/13/04 Posts: 782 Loc: NY I just bought Weight Watcher's ceral and I tried it for the first time this morning. I think it gave me gas. I have had bad gas all day. The second ingredant listed is inulin. This is the only ingredant that I didn't know what it was. Everything else in it was safe.
