good morning; I finally got through 'THE TIME", but I am still having too much D. Granted, I may have eaten too much bread last night, it is hard to tell when I have had enough sometimes, because my stomach hurts and it is hard to tell if I am full or empty until I let my system settle down. This morning I had my usual breakfast( porridge, no bagel, too much for me these days), had a glass of water after and had to rush to the washroom. Then I had a bagel to make sure I wasn't too empty, and BOOM! it hit again. Does this sound like a trigger from eating too much, or could there be another cause for this IE. having a cold. Looking for comments. please.
