Flaxseed Oil and Fish Oil       08/02/03 11:16 AM Edit Reply Quote Judithg Reged: 07/14/03 Posts: 157 Loc: California I've been told that I need to increase Omega 3's, and I'm wondering if flaxseed oil and fish oil are okay for IBS.
