I have been trying to gain weight for the past few months, and it's SO hard!! When I last saw my doctor I was 98 lbs and I'm 5'2" so I understand what you guys are going though! I'm SO bony and I hate it! My doc recommended ground flaxseed meal with cereal or smoothies, although be careful because I think it can make some people gassy/have D. She also said eat more soy yogurts, which I love (I like Wildwood, I get it from Whole Foods) and eating right before you go to bed. Not a whole meal, of course, but I try to have a piece of toast/rice cake/cookie/banana and some hot rice milk. That may help a lot, since you won't be burning off the calories right away. I know how hard this can be, it seems ridiculous sometimes how I could possibly have trouble gaining weight I have to see my doc this week, so I hope that I may have put on a pound or two.
