Oh yeah...one of my GERDs triggers is an empty tum, so snacking on SF is great for that as well as the IBS. Soy milk and Acacia actually helps with both probs for me...I guess it lines the stomach a bit.
Drinks wise...water, chamomile tea, fennel tea, soy milk, decaf black tea, Rooibos. Anything that isn't acidic or peppermint/ginger.
