V8 Juice       08/01/03 08:14 AM Edit Reply Quote Jennifer Rose Reged: 04/02/03 Posts: 3566 Loc: Fremont, CA I did a search for this, but couldn't find anything that said whether it was good or bad. I picked up a V8 juice from the store today because I thought this would be a great way to get my veggie servings in. If I drink it after eating something with soluble fiber, would I be okay? Anyone else drink V8 juice?
