You can still apply the diet guidelines to what you eat. So all low-fat, eat SF before IF (white rice is a good source of SF, so trying mixing white and brown) and cut out the triggers. Don't worry about the chicken being organic...just make sure it's white meat only and take any skin off. And get as much fish as you can. Why on Earth do you never eat any vegetables or fruit?
