Hello out there, I really need some help. Is there anyone that has been diagnosed with IBS and having a redundant colon/long loopy bowel ?. Iam so confused on what to eat, have been told to follow so many different diets. I also suspect that I may have a problem with gluten although my overall result was negative. My IGA result was 31, the reference range being <20. My IGG was 2, well below the reference range of 20. Does this possibly mean that I have a problem with gluten, has anyone had a similiar result and found relief from going gluten free ?.
