when is it best to take SFS?       02/28/05 07:12 AM Edit Reply Quote mlk Reged: 02/15/05 Posts: 5 Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I have just got the acacia SF. When is it best to take it? Since I just started it, I am on the low dosage (two 1/2 teaspoons a day). I dont have pains or D or C, just gas (all the time), especialy in the morning when I wake up. I took acacia before bed and I think it reduced it. Is it better to take it before meals, and if yes how long before? Thanks for any advice Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
