I remember my mother giving me mineral oil as a kid... obviously, I lived to tell the tale. I don't remember how quickly it worked, though, it was a really long time ago. Might be worth a try!
Have you tried yoga? Seriously... do some yoga postures for C. Every freaking time I do yoga I end up on the toilet, so maybe it'll work for you too! LOL
