I don't recall having picked a specific time of day or anything like that. Actually, I'm looking back through my food/health journal from last summer (see? now I'm really glad I kept this thing!) and I've taken them all times of day with success. I don't know if it was coincidence or not, but the one I took midafternoon seemed to work the fastest and most thoroughly. I also don't know what kind you've used, but make sure they're glycerin. Yeah, some of the suppository does come out, but that's normal. And yeah, there's some weird discharging the rest of the day. Long maxi pads are your friend. Good luck!
