Re: Drink Ideas Hello Smoothies!       07/29/03 04:17 PM Edit Reply Quote Heather Reged: 12/09/02 Posts: 7799 Loc: Seattle, WA I make my smoothies with almost nothing but fruit, and I use the fruit frozen (ice cold drinks don't bother me, but they can some folks so be aware of this). I use peaches mostly, with a handful of cherries, strawberries, and/or blueberries. I only add enough soy milk to the food processor (which works better than a blender) to get the stuff to blend. It's so thick I have to eat it with a spoon. I also throw in enough honey to taste a bit sweet. I haven't even noticed a difference with varieties of soy milk in the smoothie - all I can really taste is the fruit. - H -------------------- Heather is the Administrator of the IBS Message Boards.
