Hi Meryl

The one I take is Salus Calcium Magnesium Supplement web page.

It's not a pill but a liquid, which apparantly is much better absorbed than your body and much less likely to get concentrated leading to nasty things like kidney stones (which my mom got from a calcium supplement once, so I stay away from the pills).

It also has vitamin D (which doctors now say is a MUST to take with calcium and magnesium) and zinc. I take 2 tbsp a day, one in the morning and one at night, diluted in water. I can only take 1 at a time because it's in a base of fruit juices and if I don't dilute it my stomach doesn't like it too much. I can't drink ANY other fruit juices though and this small amount (1 tbps) of the supplement never really gives me any problems.

I also take a B-50 complex vitamin for energy and stress relief by the way, and my multivitamin is specially formulated for energy (not sure what's in it that makes it different but that's what the label says so who knows! It's Jamieson brand).
