I was answering someoone else's post about mayo and I use a product manufactured by Follow Your Heart and there is a website on the bottle. It is www.followyourheart.com and I went on out of curiosity and was browsing around and came across another product they manufacture called Revitalizing Sleep Formula. Anyone ever heard of this?
If you visit the LR you know I have been having sleep issues due to my Fibro and was wondering if this stuff really works and if it is IBS safe.
Website says :Key ingredients include: Valerian (200 mg), clinically studied to support better sleep at night. Passionflower (90 mg), which has been studied for its ability to calm simple tension that may lead to occasional sleeplessness. L-Theanine (50 mg), which promotes muscle relaxation and sleep. Hops (30 mg), wild lettuce (18 mg), and Jamaica Dogwood (12 mg), which promote relaxation. Ingredients: Other ingredients: gelatin, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide color, and silicon dioxide. Notes: Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat , gluten, corn, soy, dairy products, artificial flavoring, or preservatives. All colors used are from natural sources.
I am taking Valerian now and that does help me get to sleep but this product says it also contains L-Theanine which promotes muscle relaxation and sleep. That could be beneficial for the Fibro, although Fibro is not a muscle disorder it sometimes feels like your muscles hurt or have been pulled.
I don't know?? What do you ladies make of this? Do any of the ingredients seem unsafe for IBS? Has anyone ever used it or heard of it? I will have to ask my doc about this too.
