Re: Drink Ideas       07/28/03 02:38 PM Edit Reply Quote BL Reged: 06/01/03 Posts: 3522 I'm anxious to hear everyone's suggestions. I have the same problem. I am totally addicted to Diet Cokes. I am trying to only have one a day, on a full stomach, but I know I need to kick the habit. I am tired of drinking water, but I need something cool to drink in this hot weather. Tea is not a good idea if you are IBS-C since it can cause constipation. (good idea if you have diarrhea). Since I am IBS-C, I avoid tea altogether. I thought Crystal Light is supposed to be bad for IBS sufferers since it has the artificial sweeteners in it. Fruit juices are a bad idea. WHAT ELSE BESIDES HOT TEA CAN I DRINK?
