For all of us Gluten intollerance IBS'ers       07/27/03 06:55 AM Edit Reply Quote cloudygirl Reged: 05/22/03 Posts: 112 Loc: Washington Hi Everyone, For those of us who are gluten intollerant here are two authors I found out about. Bette Hagman and Carol Fenster, Ph.D. I'm leaning more towards Fenster because more of her recipies are dairy,egg,and corn free. I haven't made anything from there books yet, but have been reading them, and they sound great. Soryy if this is a bit long, but I've been stressed out about experiencing continuously gas(flatulence and bloating) and gluten seems to be a trigger for me. I hope these authors are a help.
