I was gluten free for a while trying to figure out if I have celiac. It's tough dealing with IBS AND CELIAC at the same time. Hidden gluten creeps up everywhere so you have to be careful! Were you tested for celiac? How do you know you shouldn't be eating gluten? Also, how did you fin out rice dream has gluten--I wonder if that's why it gave me problems... Have you tried almond milk? I don't thin it has gluten in it. You should also check out celiac.com and delphiforums.com These are terrific webcites for gluten intolerance...and they have great up-to-date news on stuff (like Rice Dream having gluten in it...I think I read that on one their webcites now that I think about it!)
