I have gained 25 pounds       02/15/05 04:15 PM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois on this diet. I am not addicted to food, but eat normal amounts just different foods. So I cannot comprehend why I have gained weight. In fact, I eat about or less than 1600 cals a day, so maybe it's because I went from chronic D to chronic C? I don't know, but it scares me. While I needed to gain weight in the begining of this diet, I'm afraid it won't stop because I don't eat a lot. And no desserts or sugar either. Just the carbs and safe foods of this diet.
