I bought fennel tea a couple of weeks ago after reading how helpful it was for everybody. My question is that I bought it in tea bags and it doesn;t seem to do alot as far as bloating but it does soothe my tummy (as most tea does). Would I be better off buying the seeds and steeping them or should I just use a couple bags at once? I just found that the bags were more convenient because I wouldn't even know where to start with a tea strainer. I could give it a try if it would be more effective?
P.S. Peppermint Tea sounds so good too but I can't have it or the peppermint caps because of GERD.
