I like going to those back-packer-type stores that have the fancy schmancy water bottles that would keep water at ice-cold temp in h*ll, but the cold water sometimes may not be too good for you. Oh and another thing that I read on the Internet (duh, where else would I find this stuff?) is to take eight ounces of water, 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey and mix together. Drink this 3x a day. It really quenches my thirst and has that sweet/sour thing going for it. I've been doing it for a few days and really enjoy it.
