Well, I've just read the post "Still confused" and saw Heather's post about gradually increasing the fat intake. I just went back through me Fitday.com diaries and found that my fat intake for the past two weeks has not gone higher than 15 percent, and was averaging around the 5-10 percent mark.
I've not felt that great recently, and that may be why. For some reason I cannot tolerate veggies (cooked!) so I've minimized those considerably in my diet. That has left me with a lot of high-carb (good ones) and chicken. I'm not getting any , or at least enough, fat in!
I guess that I am requesting a couple of meal plans for my daily on-the-go schedule (during work, etc.). Quick, simple meals that I can whip up at home on my lunch break.
Or maybe could try stir frying my veggies with olive oil, instead of soy. I've gained weight in the past two weeks, and that, compounded with a ever-growing tummy, I'm feeling really uncomfortable. I get into a habit with foods and I keep eating the same things over and over again.
