Danielle, I can certainly sympathize with your situation. You're between well, a baby and a hard place. There's not a lot more you can do at this point. You can try drinking more water (I know! 10,000 trips to the washroom), or doing some light exercise like a 15 minute walk if you're up to it.
I suspect that the abdominal pain will go away once you go into labour. The baby will have descended far enough to help ease the cramping and well, the labour will keep you busy enough. I don't know - I'm just guessing.
I hope you feel better soon. I agree with Linz - lots of strong hot fennel tea should help.
