You need to read the diet notes on this site, especially if by fibre you mean IF foods. These MUST be eaten safely, particularly if you're having cramps, etc on top of the C. Try strong hot fennel tea for relieving the gas and peppermint tea for cramps. Drink LOTS of water/herbal tea and try to keep moving!
