You know what's funny about that? The other day I was feeling pretty blue and at a whole pack of M&M's (they were my kids!). I hadn't eaten "candy" or "chocolate" in forever. I just knew I'd be miserable later, and you know what? I had a great BM the next morning! I said, "Heck, I can eat M&M's if they do the trick!!" Doubt there is a connection but it was pretty funny.
