I'm a bit confused about eating beans---all kinds: green, baked, black, etc. Would they be OK to eat if I cook them and then just mash them with a fork before I eat them? Or, do I have to puree them in a food processor? I'm also confused on Flax Oil? Would like to start using it, but not sure I understand it. It is an OK oil to use, right? Should I use it in oil form or seed form? And, if seed form, how do I ground it up? Food Processor again? And, what about capsule form? Is that an ok method or should I stay away from capsules? Thanks for any help here. Been avoiding beans and would sure like to start eating them again.
